Shipping policy

1. Sales in the Kinddot online store are conducted and products are delivered within the territories specified on the Kinddot website, using the methods and within the timeframes indicated therein. The sales territory is determined unilaterally by Kinddot. Products are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.

2. A delivery fee applies as indicated in the “Shipping Information” section on the Kinddot website and is effective at the time the order is placed. The delivery fee may be either fixed or calculated based on the total value of the Buyer’s order and/or the selected delivery timeframe.

3. By placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address.

4. Ordered products are delivered to the address registered by the Buyer in the Kinddot store system. The Buyer undertakes to personally accept the delivery. If the Buyer or designated recipient is not present at the specified delivery address, the Seller reserves the right to hand over the products to any other competent adult present at that address. In such case, the Buyer shall have no right to raise any claims against the Seller regarding delivery to an allegedly improper recipient.

5. If delivery is impossible due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances attributable to the Buyer (including but not limited to: providing an incorrect address, absence of the Buyer or recipient at the specified address, the recipient being a minor, presenting an invalid identification document, or refusing to provide identification when age verification is required under applicable law or these Terms), the products will not be re-shipped unless the Buyer pays an additional delivery fee. Any amounts paid for the products will be refunded, less the original delivery costs.

6. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for delays in delivery if the products are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault, circumstances attributable to the Buyer, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

7. If, upon receipt of the products, the Buyer notices discrepancies in the assortment (for example, incorrect quantity or products not matching the order), the Buyer must inform the Seller within a reasonable time from the date of delivery. If the delivered products are found to be of unsatisfactory quality, the Buyer has the right to submit a claim regarding product quality within 2 (two) years from the date of receipt (statutory warranty applies).
